Better Fit EDU is a brand of Viceroy Marketing, doing business as Marketing Nerdy ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate this website and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Better Fit EDU is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Arizona Department of Education, any school tuition organization, or any other state agency or program.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide. When you request information, book a Welcome Interview, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and any details you share about your family's situation. You may give us this information through a form on our website, or through a lead form we run on Facebook or Instagram. Information about your child. During your Welcome Interview, and in any information you send us, you may tell us about your son or daughter, including their age or grade, their current school, what you are looking for in a different one, and whether they have an IEP, a 504 plan, an MET, or any other circumstance that affects which funding programs your family may qualify for. We collect this information from you, the parent or guardian. We do not collect it from your child. Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent, through standard analytics tools. Scheduling information. When you book a Welcome Interview, we collect the date, time, and any information you enter into the booking form.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about your Welcome Interview
- Reach you by phone and text to arrange that interview if you have not booked one
- Identify the education funding programs your family may qualify for, and explain them to you
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Introduce you to schools, where you have asked us to
- Send you updates and offers where you have consented
- Improve our website and services
- Meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
SHARING WITH SCHOOLS
Better Fit EDU helps families find a school that fits their child. If, after your Welcome Interview, you ask us to introduce you to a particular school, we share a written summary of what you have told us about your family with that school so it can decide whether it can help and can prepare for the conversation. Where it is relevant to the introduction, that summary may include what you have told us about your child's learning needs and the funding programs your family may qualify for. We tell you what the summary contains before we send it.
Schools in our partner network pay us a fee when we introduce a family to them. Families are never charged, and the fee does not depend on whether your child enrolls.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
We operate one text message program: Better Fit EDU Welcome Interview & Funding Updates. Confirmations and reminders for your Welcome Interview, messages from our team arranging a time with you, replies to your inquiries, and updates about the Arizona education funding programs you asked us about.
How consent is collected. Consent is collected in one of two places. On our website, through the opt-in form where you enter your name, email address, and mobile number, with the consent language shown directly beneath the submit button. Or through a lead form we run on Facebook or Instagram, where the same consent language is shown with a checkbox you tick yourself before submitting. In both cases the consent language is shown to you before you submit, consent is never pre-selected, and providing it is optional. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. To opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. For help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at ian@betterfitedu.com or (801) 341-2263. Age. By opting into our SMS services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is not required to submit any form on our site.
MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf (such as our messaging platform, CRM, or customer service providers) solely to deliver the services you requested, and only to the extent necessary to do so.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use trusted third-party providers for services such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and SMS delivery. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are excluded from any sharing beyond what is described under "Mobile information sharing" above.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including SSL encryption for form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DATA RETENTION
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing ian@betterfitedu.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Where we hold information about a child, it was provided to us by that child's parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
